Answers

1. Do items have to be in stock to be ordered?
Answer: No you can order any item at any time for lead time.

2. How does the process work when I place an order?
Answer: Once the final form is completed and submitted your order goes to the broker you selected for approval. Once we receive the purchase order from the broker we process the order and ship or we put the order in production, whichever is the appropriate action.

3. Who do I pay?
Answer: You pay the broker that you selected in the checkout process. We will work with your broker to fulfill your order and the broker will make billing arrangements with you.

4. What price will I pay for the plants?
Answer: You will pay the price published by your broker. The broker you select in the checkout process will contact you to confirm your order and provide pricing information.

5. What if something goes wrong with my order?
Answer: In the rare event that there is a problem with you order, you must notify your broker within 72 hours of receipt of order. The broker will provide you with further instructions.

6. How will my order be shipped? Can I designate how I want my order shipped?
Answer: Our default shipping option is UPS ground. If you wish to use another service, please specify a different method during the checkout process when you complete your order. Shipping options are provided in a drop down menu; please select your preferred method.

7. What does lead time mean?
Answer: Lead time is the amount of time we require to fulfill your order. This time is calculated from the time the order is received until order is ready to ship. Lead time can vary by one week (plus or minus) depending on the size of order, our product availability, etc.

8. Do I really need to have a broker?
Answer: Yes. We are a wholesale plug producer selling through brokers only.

9. How can I get a Broker?
Answer: If you need a broker, specify "I need a Broker" on the order form and we will find a broker for you.

10. Is there a minimum number of tray sizes for an order?
Answer: Yes. The minimum order is eight flats of an item or combination of items. Orders of less than eight flat will be charged a less than minimum order fee of $15.00.
